St. John Paul II is part of the Diocese of St. Augustine, and under the direction of the Office of the Superintendent of Catholic Schools, affiliated under St. John Paul II Catholic Church, operating under the doctrine of the Catholic Church and in teaching the faith in union with Rome. St. John Paul II is accredited through the Florida Catholic Conference Accreditation process and holds a valid certificate from said agency.
